I am a marriage and family therapist with a certificate in sex therapy. I earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University, Seattle, and have gained experience working with sexual, physical, and childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, parenting, burnout, narcissistic abuse, and ADHD within community mental health, group practice, and private practice.

 

I am originally from the South and have lived in Colorado, New York City, and Seattle before calling Bend, Oregon home. I find inspiration, peace, and joy in nature and can often be found trail running with my dog Loki, mountain biking, or reading by a body of water. 

 

As a person, I show up authentically open-hearted with a tinge of humor. It is my absolute honor to accompany my clients along the journey of healing and self-discovery.
